Tenancy Agreements

Drafting assured shorthold tenancy agreement or check and amending/updating tenancy agreement currently in use: £130.00 plus VAT Checking tenancy agreement previously drafted by Kenneth Jones for individual lettings: £30.00 plus VAT

Notices

Drafting notices (not including service) on the basis that Kenneth Jones have either drafted or checked the AST: Section 21 Notice: £50.00 plus VAT

Section 8 Notice: (rent) £50.00 plus VAT Section 8 Notice: (other) £75.00 plus VAT

Possession Proceedings (on basis notice period is valid)

Accelerated possession procedure: Without a hearing: £350.00 plus VAT (+£175.00 Court fee + £6.00 Land Registry fee) With a hearing: £750.00 plus VAT (+£175.00 Court fee + £6.00 Land Registry fee & travel)

Standard possession procedure: Undefended: £750.00 plus VAT (+£175.00 Court fee + £6.00 Land Registry fee & travel) (This rate applies up to a first hearing. If the matter progresses beyond a first hearing, hourly rates apply).
